Scheduling & Timing

Booking: We prefer to schedule each “Sesh” at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure ample promotion time. Events are typically hosted on evenings and weekends, but we’re flexible to accommodate your availability.
Private Parties: Your venue can also be offered as an option for private events, increasing your booking opportunities.
Event Timing: Each event lasts about 2 hours, with our team arriving an hour beforehand for setup and staying an hour after for cleanup. Guests often linger, enjoying more drinks or snacks, enhancing your sales.
