Thank you for participating in High Art Sesh. Please read this agreement carefully before attending an art session.
By registering for a High Art Sesh event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
High Art Sesh painting sessions are for adults 21 years of age and older.
Participants will be asked to provide valid identification confirming they are at least 21 years old.
High Art Sesh provides guided painting instruction and art materials including canvas, paints, brushes, easels, and related supplies.
Participants understand that attending an art session may involve ordinary risks including paint spills, stains, minor injuries, allergic reactions to materials, outdoor conditions, uneven surfaces, and other risks associated with participating in a creative activity.
High Art Sesh is a cannabis-friendly experience. Cannabis is not provided, sold, distributed, or supplied by High Art Sesh.
Guests who choose to consume cannabis are responsible for bringing their own products and following all applicable laws and venue rules.
Cannabis consumption is optional and is not required to participate.
Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated areas approved by the venue. Smoking or vaping is not permitted at the painting tables or benches.
Participants agree not to drive while impaired.
By attending High Art Sesh, I voluntarily assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless High Art Sesh, Marlyn Daggett, the venue, property owners, employees, contractors, assistants, and affiliates from claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, health decisions, and personal conduct during the event.
High Art Sesh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
High Art Sesh occasionally photographs and films painting sessions for social media, marketing, and future promotions.
By attending, participants may choose whether to provide permission to appear in photos or videos during registration.
Reservations are subject to the Reservation & Refund Policy provided during registration.
By checking the waiver agreement box during registration, I confirm that:
